Dan has been playing cello since 1988, bass since 1994, and piano since 1997. He holds a Bachelor of Music in Composition from Berklee College of Music and has been playing cello and bass professionally all over the northeast United States for over 10 years. He currently performs with such acts as The Bill Carleton Band, Rane, Brian Jarvis Band and with Lori Amery. He was voted Best Bass Player in the Hartford Advocate's Reader's Poll in both 2004 and 2006. Dan has toured cities all over the Northeast, including Hartford, Boston, Providence, Portland, Baltimore, Pittsburgh, New York, Chicago and many others, and have played on bills with the Allman Brothers Band, Jerry Garcia Band, Santana, Rusted Root, Tom Petty, Guster and Ozomatli, to name a few.
